【2026 Schedule Changes】

From February 2026, Tuesday classes will move to Monday.

The venue will be Chatswood High School Oval (Artificial Turf).

A new class in a new area is planned for Tuesday (Coming Soon).

【2026 Annual Membership Fees】

February - November Monthly Fees:

  • Once-a-week course: $130/month
  • Twice-a-week course: $180/month
  • Unlimited course: $230/month

December & January Monthly Fees:

  • Once-a-week course: $90/month
  • Twice-a-week course: $130/month
  • Unlimited course: $160/month

※ December and January have reduced monthly fees due to fewer training sessions during the school holiday period.

【Membership Fee Payment Method】

Payments are made through the automatic debit system.

A one-time setup is required, and the details will be included in the registration documents.

The procedure is simple – just register via "Direct Debit."

※ Please note that we do not offer refunds or prorated discounts on monthly fees for any reason, including joining, suspending, or canceling your membership partway through the month.

※ Refunds cannot be issued once the payment has been processed.

※ If the automatic debit fails, 2 months' fees will be charged the following month.

【Make-Up Rules】(Once-a-week & Twice-a-week courses)

Make-up lessons are available for cancellations due to bad weather, as well as for absences due to injury, illness, or personal reasons such as school or family matters.

Make-Up Rules (Updated for 2026):

  • Personal absences: Maximum of 4 make-ups per fiscal year (Feb 2026 - Jan 2027)
  • Weather cancellations: All can be made up within the fiscal year

※ Make-up sessions must be used within the fiscal year (Feb 2026 - Jan 2027).

※ Make-ups cannot be carried over to the next fiscal year.

Notes:

  • Special programs may be available for make-up sessions during school holiday periods.
  • Make-up sessions cannot be used if you are on a leave of absence or have withdrawn from the program.

【Membership Hold】

The membership hold policy has been updated for 2026.

Changes:

  • No time limit on hold period (was 6 months maximum in 2025)
  • No re-registration or enrollment fees required to resume
  • Hold member casual discount ($35) has been removed; standard $40 rate applies

● Members can take a leave of absence for reasons such as temporary return to their home country (monthly basis)

　→ E.g., You can take a break for April only, March-April, etc.

● Long-term leave for injury or illness is also available (doctor's certificate recommended)

● Make-up sessions are not allowed during leave, but casual participation is available ($40/session)

● Please indicate your expected return month on the hold request form

【Casual Participation】

For casual participation, the fee is as follows:

  • Monthly Members (different day): $30/session
  • On Hold / Non-Members: $40/session
