The activity structure will change from a term-based system (10 weeks per term) to a year-round system.

Each training day will now have 45 sessions per year.

Previously, payments were made via bank transfer, but this will now change to an automatic debit system.

A one-time setup is required, and the details will be included in the registration documents.

The procedure is simple – just register via "Direct Debit."

※ Please note that we do not offer refunds or prorated discounts on monthly fees for any reason, including joining, suspending, or canceling your membership partway through the month.

※ Refunds cannot be issued once the payment has been processed.

Starting in 2025, make-up lessons will be available not only for cancellations due to bad weather, but also for absences due to injury, illness, or personal reasons such as school or family matters.

You can hold up to 4 make-up lessons at a time. If you reach the maximum of 4, you cannot accumulate any additional make-up lessons until you have used one.

(Example) If you take 4 make-up sessions due to personal reasons or weather-related cancellations, you must attend a make-up session before accumulating a new one.

● Members can take a leave of absence for reasons such as temporary return to their home country（up to 6 months）

　→ E.g., You can take a break for April only, March-April, or April-August.

● In case of long-term injury or illness, absence beyond 6 months is possible with a doctor’s certificate.

● Make-up sessions are not allowed during the leave of absence, but casual participation is possible.

● If a member returns within 6 months, they can rejoin for free.（If the leave exceeds 6 months, the membership will be automatically terminated.）

※ New membership registration after withdrawal requires a $50 enrollment fee.

If you wish to use this service, please register your name, date of birth, and 10-digit voucher number using the form below by the end of the previous month.

This will be reflected in the following month's membership fee debit.

For casual participation, the fee is as follows:

• $40 per session (Casual)
• $30 per session (Monthly Members)
• $35 per session (Membership on Hold)
